As important as exercise is for a healthy lifestyle, it’s also important to make sure that your body is ready for your new exercise routine. Check in with your doctor to make sure that you’re ready for the new program. They can help you identify weaknesses or problems that can require accommodations or extra work in your training. Get In Shape for Your Sport

You wouldn’t jump out of a plane without any training or a parachute. Similarly, jumping into a new sport can be dangerous. Your body may need time to build strength, endurance, and flexibility to keep up with what you’re asking.
